What is the Hospitality 10 Card?

It is a discount dining membership card, which provides all members with a 10% discount when dining at one of our participating restaurants. The more you dine, the more you save. It is just that simple! As a member you will also receive invites and discounts on Special Events hosted by Hospitality 10 Card Inc. or one of its participants.

How long does a membership last?

As a member, you will receive the included discounts and invites for ONE full year starting from the date of your purchase.

How old do I have to be?

To become a member you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid form of identification. Remember, to consume alcohol you must be 21 years old.

How much does it cost?

A one-year membership only costs $29.99 (tax not included). That is only $2.50 a month! Remember, the more you dine out with our participants the more you save.

How do I become a member?

It’s simple, go to the Become a Member page and click on the Buy Now icon.  Fill out the form as accurately as possible. Your name must match the name on your valid form of identification. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and checks.

Can I suggest a restaurant who is not a participant?

Of course you can. In fact, we encourage it. Simply go to the Contact Us page and select General Inquiry under the “I would like more information on” question. Add your full name, email and then scroll down to the message box and add the restaurant’s name, location and contact person if you have one. We will do our best to bring them on board as a participant.

Using the Card

How do I use the card at a participating restaurant (Participant)?

When dining at one of our participating restaurants present your membership card, a valid form of ID and your form of payment when the bill arrives. Your server will adjust the bill to reflect your savings. You may use the card as many times as you would like, there is no limit to your savings.

Are there any restrictions when using the card?

Yes. Here they are: a) one card per table; b) cannot be combined with any other special offers, savings or discount program; c) card and card member must be present to receive the savings; and d) discounts may not be valid during major holidays depending on participant’s choice. Please check with participant prior to dining at the establishment.

Why do I need to provide my email address?

In order for your member benefits to grow, our restaurant participant list must grow. As our restaurant participants grow, we must keep you informed of  “New Arrivals” to the program. You will receive an email notification of our new participating restaurants with their brief description and a hyperlink that will take you to their custom page on our website. The privacy of our members is very important to us and we pledge to keep it secure.

When I use my card, how should I tip my server?

You must base your gratuity on the original amount of the check. Restaurants may have a set percentage when dining with a bigger group.

When I use my card, why do I have to show another form of identification?

In order to receive a discount, members must present their card along with a valid form of ID that matches. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and protect the card member, the restaurant, and Hospitality 10 Card Inc. If the card member is not present or able to produce a matching form of identification the restaurant will refuse the discount.
