Next Level Performance provides personal training and small group training. Our program supports all levels and ages of individuals looking to take their fitness to the next level and it is designed to maximize your everyday performance. This is great for weight loss, youth sports development, high school and college off-season training, injury prevention and overall fitness improvement. Next Level Performance (NLP) originated on Staten Island in 2008 by Staten Islanders who understand that fitness isn’t about how big your biceps are….. that sounds crazy, especially from a Staten Island gym.

We offer high intensity strength training in small group sessions that will  humble anyone.  The difficulty of our Routine Of the Day (ROD) is determined by how hard each member pushes themselves.  Our members are every day people who are looking to get away from boring, ineffective and stale workouts at local gyms and get in the best shape our their lives.
